1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PurpleBoard ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PurpleBoard is a free interactive digital board for teachers, trainers, and presenters. It provides 20+ tools including clock, timer, calendar, radio, name picker, and more. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Free and PRO Plans

• Free plan: Available to all users. Includes 1 saved screen and access to all widgets.
• PRO plan: Unlocked via a one-time payment processed by Paddle. PRO access is time-limited (1 year or 2 years depending on the plan purchased).
• PRO access is personal and non-transferable.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once PRO access has been activated. See our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Share or resell PRO access obtained through payment.
• Use the service to store or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Attempt to circumvent the FREE plan limitations through technical means.

6. Intellectual Property

PurpleBoard and its content (design, code, branding) are owned by the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services (weather data, radio streams, YouTube embeds, Paddle payments). We are not responsible for the availability or content of these third-party services.

8. Payment Processing

Payments for PRO access are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing PRO, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurpleBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
